My Belly button piercing has sunk real far down. I've only had it for about 6 months. I was wondering, is it still possible for it too close up and is it possible for me to get it redone? If so, how long will it take until I can get it re done?

i have a girlfriend this happened to, she let it close but it looked like a scar she then re-did it and the scar when it had healed made adhesions firm pockets of scars under the skin, it was more of a mess then. i would not repierce, i would just give up on it and hope that the first one did not do too much damage

Sounds like the piercing migrated to where it was comfortable. Odds are very likely that if you took it out to repierce, the same thing would happen. By taking it out the hole will eventually close. Some scar may remain, I recommend neosporin to reduce scars.
