If you're sending a letter to Mexico, the street name comes first
Calle Mina 462 sur
Cd. Juarez, CHIH, Mexico, CP 32000

In South America, numbers come after the street name
Ex:
Avenida Gonzales 107, Oficina 11-A
Then the city and zip code (if available)
Finally, the Country of course

Name of the person = Pedro Pérez
Street name and number = Calle Papagayo 120
Postal code and City = 35998 Gandía
State (or Province) = Valencia
Name of the Country = España

An address is an address is an address.
There are no different symbols for numbers in Spanish.

Its a bad idea to write an adress in another language. It can be confusing. I think its better to keep the adresses in whatever language they were originally in. Except of course, languages with other alphabets.

it would be:

(name of the person)
C/ (name of street), nº (number)
C.P. (post code=código postal) city and state or province
country


example:

Susana Dominguez Carvajal
C/ Main, nº 123
C.P. 12345 Illinois (Chicago) or Illinois CHICAGO or something like that
EEUU
