I am wearing braces and I used to wear my rubber bands in a box shape in the back. Today the ortho changed the rubber band and the way I wear them. I had my bite turbo taken off and am now wearing my rubberbands from the hook on the bottom to the first hook on the top. Like in a diagonal. I feel like I don't know where my teeth should set. Anyone else done this before? Should I just let my teeth fall wear they feel comfortable or wear I think they should go?

let your teeth fall where they are comfortable. I used to have braces and they just pull on your teeth a little to make them more straight like if you have an over bite or an under bite it helps to make it smaller. So wear your rubber bands and let your teeth fall where ever they feel comfortable and our teeth will be really nice when you get the braces off.

Rubber bands pull one jaw forward, and the other backward. This corrects an overbite, or an under bite.
