Has anyone out there tried relacore??

Question

did it help you lose weight and belly fat?? I am trying it for the first time and want to know if it is a waste of my money.
PS. I also have purchased an eliptical machine and am watching my diet, but the belly fat is always the problem with me.

I tried it for a few days until it started reacting badly with the medication I have to take. I am planning on getting back on it though.

I don't know if it would definitely help loose the belly fat or not, but I do know that when I was taking it I felt the most relaxed and less stressed than I have my whole entire life. I know that it did do what it says as a destresser, and I have every confidence in the world that with less stress it's easier to drop that weight.

It's a mixture between stress and lack of exercise that will cause hormones to become unbalanced. Unbalanced hormones will DEFINITELY cause you to gain weight, particularly around your midsection, that's been proven. So I believe that exercising while taking Relicore would definitely have the results we are all looking for. Unless there is an underlying medical problem there. Results are not ALWAYS typical with everyone, but I believe for the most part, this could work for anyone who will stick with it.

Once my medical problem gets straightened out, I plan on getting right back on it.

No however I used Corti-Slim, which I consider is the same and I preferred it. I needed to vitamin and endeavor like with any weight loss plan, however I felt the Corti-Slim did support. It wasn't a miracle, and the kilos did not drop off, however I simply suppose it gave me a spice up. It's the one vitamin support I've ever attempted- I'm traditionally anti-vitamin tablet.
