Most soccer players are NOT skinny and toned (and neither lead actress in the movie was a professional player, although some of the rest of the team were). You actually need some skinfat to avoid bruising too easily.

The 'photogenic' bodyshape displayed by models and many actresses, cannot be obtained quickly.

A moderate level of constant anxiety helps, because this keeps muscle tension slightly increased throughout the body. Teenage anxiety can be useful for this, and is probably a factor in the appearance of young skinny starlets, many of whom are amazed to be thought attractive, because they were mocked at school.

The problem is, that this anxiety easily turns into low self-esteem or self-destructive behaviour, so to produce one glamorous screen star, you probably need to try the technique on several thousand girls, and make the rest feel like failures. Later on, the use of drugs and starvation are available in (often unsuccessful) attempt to maintain or 'improve' the lollipop look.

I think the best you can do is to be realistic, change yourself slowly, and set staged goals. Find a series of role models, ranging in shape from Keira's to almost your own. Try to become more like the one that's nearest to your current figure. When you get there, think about becoming a bit more like the next one.

Activities such as swimming, pilates and yoga will take you in the right direction, but again the key is 'enough but NOT TOO MUCH'.

Try to workout often, but not too hard.
