Believe it or not, flank steak.

This cut is so vulnerable that if you cook it too long, which could be just three minutes instead of two, it is good only for stew after long simmering.

I cook a flank steak on the grill for one minute. It comes out perfectly rare to medium, every time.

I would also recommend:

marinate chicken breasts in garlic and chili paste, slip inside a plastic bag and pound with to tenderize, then grill for about 4 minutes. Slice the chicken and serve in tacos, over salad or dip in your favorite dressing and snack away.

Never did find a favorite... I hated the grill and the food that came out of it so in the garbage it went.. Good gawd what a waste of money. Besides, I can do everything it does in my fry pan and still use little or NO oil.
