Jewelry and flowers never fail. Shoes, handbag, scarf... If you live in cold region something to keep her toasty warm when you're not around is always nice, too.
Oh, and don't forget a nice card with personal message.

Happy Birthday to her! How old is she? If you guys are teenagers (16 and under) I suggest jewelry or clothes, based on her tastes. If older, jewelry is still good, but you need to be more refined about your choices. Best of luck!

dont waste your money. cook dinner or take her somewhere that has meaning to you. if she doesnt appreciate this then shes probably a gold digger and a huge money sink. do something meaningful like a childhood memory. see what she does,

If you have been dating for a while and really luv her... An Engagement Ring. Duh every girl wants that.
Also if you are older get her jewelry every girl likes diamonds. its sorta like a way to say I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! and OF COURSE GET HER FLOWERS!
