I beeen trying to find a rebuilders kit for my 1989 jeep cherokee.If any one know where i can get one give the sight i can go to.

any local transmission shop can rebulit your transfer case. trust me dont do it yourself !!!!!!!!!!

id hit up 4wd.com they usualy have all sorts of rebuild kits for everything jeep if that dont work then search the web for transfer case rebuild kits for a i believe np231 and youll probably get a ton of websites. but try 4wd.com or i almost forgot quadratec.com both are excelent jeep part websites.

the best thing to do is find a wrecked jeep or search on an offroad website/club for parts for sale.. i have a t-case that would work for you at my parents house.. don't do you any good.. also, if for some reason the outpust shaft don't match your current one, the t-case is very easy to go in and switch those out.. takes about 30 mins. w/ some good snap ring pliars and a tube of rtv.. that particular t-case is very easy to come by..

try jackit.com or cheapest jc whitney, and still yet a local salvage yard.
