Who can I talk to about my problems? I cant afford a counselor and I feel ike im about to fall apart.?

I have asked everyone I know and it becoming a mess. I would love to find someone who knows what they are talking about. Its really starting to get to me. Everything around me is going down and I feel that i am next.

I am 21, I got married on february 3rd which also was the day my moms sister died. Then a month later my mom died. I thought that was the hardest thing but it gets worst. I ran into money problems, on top of that my husband cant deal with my hard times, so he leaves and now i am trying to fix it . I asked him to come home he has lied twice. He keeps telling me he is coming and he never shows .I want my marriage to work but I dont know what to do.
