Fill a blender with 3/4 ice, then put in 2 or 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract. About the same amount for sugar, maybe a little extra. Nest you want to add the banana, use either a banana that is finely chopped up, or if you can find banana syrup that would work well also. For the milk, that is something I would eyeball... put a little in and blend, then a little more and blend. Keep this up until it is at the consistency you want.

I dont know about banana blog, but a regular banana milkshake is pretty much just vanilla ice cream, milk and bananas all mixed together in a blender.
I have seen powdered drink mixes at the gorcery store that have banana flavorings or what ever.. I didnt really read them just glanced at them.
check out the Kraft foods web site. They are pretty good with simple recipies.

I don't measure I just put 3 cut up kinda ripe bananas in a blender with like 4 or 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream and some milk. but with the milk just put like 1 cup first mix then add more til u get the thickness you want. It's pretty much up to your likings if you want more banana flavor add more bananas.

For one shake use 3 cups vanilla ice cream, 1-2 banana's, and a 1/2 cup milk. Blend until smooth. You could also add a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Freeze peeled bananas
plain yogurt
candied ginger (fresh or ground, if that's all you have)
pinch of cayenne (shh!! - don't tell any one- it's our secret)
honey (optional)
Blend all!
It's not rocket science so come up with proportions to your taste.
