I Live in SoCal and I'm interested in getting a tattoo. Does anybody know of any really good artists in the Los Angeles/ Hollywood area? Or anywhere in southern california? Price is not really an object, so long as it is quality work.

without a doubt you should go to ignition tattoos in apple valley. i looked it up and it's only about an hour and a half away from los angeles. nikko hurtado is probably one of the greatest tattoo artists i have ever seen. below is a link to his work.

If you ever get a chance to come down to San Diego there is a great place down here called Avalon Tattoo, they are nationally known among artists. Problem is they are usually booked and you need to make an appointment, but they have many great artists. They recently opened a second shop up down here too.

If you're interested in getting a tattoo done, you need to do more than just ask strangers on the internet.
You NEED to scout out the location, find the artist who has a stable profile, and find out the price. While price is not of a huge concern, you need to do a LOT of research and little of it will be on the web.

There is a place by the 55 and 91 in O.C. and the artist's name is Marco. I've had work done by him (not in that shop and that's why I don't know what it is called). But he does great work and he's tatted on almost all of my friends.
