Well, if you're really hung up on him and your best friend is planning to go out with him, you should first consider avoiding her (as well as him) for a while. Not only don't you want to dwell on him, you don't want your best friend to dwell on him either (not to mention she's kind of "dissing" you for being a best friend and all).
And, instead of dwelling on either one of them, you should put your focus onto yourself and think of things you can do to make you feel better about yourself, like taking up exercising or a new hobby and getting good at it. Read some good books (not romance). They're a great distraction. Make new friends.

1. Get rid of the best friend. She is no friend of yours.
2. Look like you don't care even if you are dieing inside.
3. The best revenge: Look beautiful, get a new haircut, a new friend and that may make him at least regret his decision.
4. Do not take any phone calls from the friend or the ex. You have moved on. tell them so. That's when love will find you. Good luck...I know how you feel. Be a lady and you will be happy.

I know you're probably going through a lot of emotions right now, but there are 2 things you need to do: *Let your ex go and *Let your friend go! Obviously this girl wasn't really your friend, if shes planning on going out with your ex-boyfriend. You deserve so much better, you don't need to go through the stress! Forget em' both... they are 2 losers that belong together, You'll find someone special, don't even worry about it girl!

i had the same situation about one year ago, if your friend does say yes, than accept it, its not easy believe me i've been thru this, when they start dating, and they invite you, like a double date avoid it! try looking for new guys to date, keep searching till you find him, if this guy broke up with u for your friend, hes not worth crying over, he'll probably do the same thing to your friend or worst. men never change, even at the age of 18 hehe.

Ok, it sounds like you guys are too young to even be dating. I say this because you stated that your friend is going to say yes to your ex. There is a rule to being friends. We do not date our friends ex's. If your friend is willing to date your ex, then to be honest with you, they never were your friends anyway. Get over it and move on. Do not dwell on that one guy because their are to many guys out here.

Ask your friend to consider not going out with the guy that just broke up with you. Because it will hard on the both of you with her going out with the guy you still have something for. And if you really like this guy and ask her not to but she goes out with him anyways, it could end up that your friendship may break. It's just like all the movies...the guy goes out with you then dumps you for four BFF.

First get a new bestfriend and wait for the one that will make your toes curl when he just calls you on the phone. Forget about the ex life is too short to dwell on the past.

Honey just foucus on your life and future the best thing to do is to keep yourself busy. When I divorce my husband it was painful because I found out that after I separated with him he got with another woman right away. Read and watch positive programs I wish you the best.

Keep busy and do things you enjoy most. Your best friend can't be a friend if she accepts his invite. Drop both of them so that your thoughts will move on with you in life.
