So i meet this fine girl at the sports bar and without noticing it i sparked attraction between us. I took my pal there to eat and he's just dumb when it comes to game asking stupid pointless questions and i teased his game in front of her and it turned her on so much that she spent the rest of the night we were there hinting that she wanted me to leave my number, but i never caught on because my mind was elsewhere.
few days later i go back to watch a game and i take my little brother there to teach him some things about girls and i didn't realize it but the fine young lady i had my eye on was thinking i had come back to make a move. Not only did i leave her with nothing when we left ( yes it was the same routine, her pacing back in forth beside me waiting for the move ) but i left her a measly tip that didn't cross my mind till later that for all i know about girls i didn't even know how to treat a great waitress.

Beg, beg for forgiveness. Do it on your knees. Then tip her well and ask her to dinner to make up.
Anything more than that would be an overkill.

Sounds like someone needs to teach you a little something about the ladies, instead of you teaching your little brother.
If you like the waitress and screwed her out of your number and a tip.This is what you should do.
Send her 2 dozen roses half red half pink no baby breath or greenery just a tight arrangement.
Then on the card say
Sorry my mind been else where
Not only did I do you wrong with cheap tip
But I never gave you my number 555-555-5555
Would love to take you to dinner and a night out.
I'll be there to dine and watch some sports
Hope to see you there and this time I will do things right.
with above you could or could not leave your number up to you but if you show up the same time or night of the flowers you could just give it to her

Just get on with it and ask her out. But ask her to a nice place with alot of people. Don't move in to quickley or else you might scare her away. maybe to dinner and a movie. Then start going to more fancier dinners and stuff. Good Luck!!

If i were you I would send her flowers at her work but don't sign the card . then go in later and get lunch dinner or whatever . If the flowers are in site comment who recieved those fowers or something and then say something smooth and just ask her out .
Or send the flowers with just your number on it .
