The big difference in art is the incorporation of the Icon in the Orthodox church. These are more emotionally evocative, than say a statue and hold a more central position in the ritual. The focus on the Icon is telling because eastern religions are quite a bit more fetishistic and fatalistic than the western versions. One note about architecture is that the western Churches are cruciform in shape and the Greek and other Orthodox are square or rectangular, more like ancient temples. A historian once stated that: "Christianity never crossed the Rhine. This is not to put a condemnatory stamp on these people (as a "Born Again" might) but to point out that certain Asiatic Weltanshang are existent in these eastern cultures that have been merely "overlayed" with Christianity.
