We have the same problem!!

Try this:
*Take Biotin capsule
*wash and massage your scalp
*Use conditioner at the tip of hair
*Use Volumising spray

I use Volumizing range from Hair Sciene, Boots. It really helped!!

There aren't really any shampoos that can thicken hair. Some people just have thinner hair naturally and a shampoo can't fix that. There are things you can do however to make your hair appear thicker than it actually is. Using volumizing products (shampoo and conditioner included here) in combination with things like large, velcro (not hot, or regular) rollers can give the hair body. The velcro rollers will be less damaging to your thin hair than the hot ones, and will provide more of a soft wave, ideal for use in creating volume. When looking for a volumizing product to use, look for the lightest product possible. Most gels, cremes, and even some mousses will weigh your thinner hair down. I would look for a volumizing spray instead. Thin hair that is even the slightest bit unhealthy will show it more than thicker hair types as well, so try to keep the use of drying heat styling products and chemical processes to a minimum. (i.e. alot of blow drying, curling of the hair, coloring it, etc.) How you cut your hair also makes a huge difference. The first thing I can tell you is that thin hair should never be cut in layers. Layers are primarily recommended to those with thick hair to make it appear less thick and poofy and to take some of the weight off of the hair. Layers will only make thin hair appear thinner, and wispy. Thin hair works best when cut all at one legnth (bobs are really good here) and kept on the shorter side legnth-wise (shoulder legnth or above). One legnth will make the hair appear thicker, and the shorter legnth means there is less hair to weigh itself down and make it appear limp. Hope that helps!

Try taking bioton suppliments. As for shampoo and conditioner many people like using nioxon. It helps strengthen and thicken your hair.
