First- just be yourself, Second- dress cute, Third- wink at him more, Fourth- invite him to different places of interests (like skating/bowling/movies) and just hang together....things should hopefully work out the way you want it to. Good luck!

be yourself but make him notice u. a little flirting couldn't hurt but mostly just always be around. He'll start to notice u if he's always seeing u where ever he goes.
Another options is to get a friend to ask him what he thinks of u. But this is just a plan B the first one is wat u should try first.

If he likes you, then fine, spend time together (not alone) and have fun but you don't need to do anything else - keep yourself pure, that is the best thing you can do for yourself & someday husband. oh brother, girl, keep your tongue in your mouth!
