mmm.. cheezy au gratin, american fries, baked, diced and fried, ooh, the list goes on and on, but I'd have to say cheezy au gratin potatoes are my favorite!

My favorite are Smashed Potatoes...redskinned potatoes cooked with the skins on the smashed with cream, butter and alittle garlic...Im a taterholic! I love baked potato with sour cream, twice baked, loaded potatoes with cheese and bacon...mashed, boiled, fried....French fries, potato chips....I even like tater tots!

Any way that is fried and crunchy would be my favorite. I hate starchy or mealy potatoes.

Fried, mashed and baked.. and roasted... potatoes are yummy however you make them.
