what would be a great incentive to offer to insurance agents who qualify for certain promotions I'll run in the future. I'm looking for new and creative ideas and not the same old trips to somewhere, gift cards, branded company clothing/etc, or comission incentives. I'm looking for new ideas that are relatively gender neutral and would like to run more frequent promotions with less expensive items vs. prior years. So, I would like to focus on items ranging from $25 for smaller promotions to around $300 for my larger ones....items or services that are useful or handy around home or office, items that get used and don't collect dust. They get enough of those things.

I'm considering Little Giant ladder systems or dash mounted GPS for vehicles but I'm not sure that women would respond to these as well as men. Men seem to be drawn to gadgets.

Any help is appreciated.

If they are agents then they could use free advertising. Offer an Ad in their local paper of their choice, GPS is Good,Golf or Spa Day, most resorts have a package you can buy and they can choose golf or spa, Dig Camera, A watch with their logo on the face (Citizen does that), Blackberry or PDA, Car Detailing, Gold Coins value at your disgresion, Wine and Cheese Basket, Business Cards and Stationary Printing, Wireless mouse and keyboard for Computer, Gift certificates ARE good, just be creative where you get them to, send them to the TOP restaurant in town with a freind all courses and beverages included, (excluding alcohol, you don't want to be liable) Offer small things they can offer to their clients, Pens with their own advertising on them, Top office gets an Office Party at Primier club, so on............... Simetimes people like the old faithful items, don't cut them all out.

try construction a banner and utilising the Uradnet banner community. they have both a loose option (favor to positioned their community code on your web site) or a very low-priced paid option. In both cases you dont favor to be nerve-racking about earning impressions, no matter if loose or paid all classified ads are generated at random so all have an equivalent danger of being shown. Whats more effective - there's no favor to keep in options consumer identity's or passwords as you host your human being banner. it truly is large in case you pick to regulate your banner many times as this ability the change is on the spot (for sure you may positioned it aside in similar position and with similar call as previous banner). I honestly have my airshow information superhighway web site banner on there, and an associate ad too :D
