Nope! A person finally fitting back into clothes that they haven't been able to wear in years, getting compliments from friends & family, & seeing a regular weight loss when stepping on the scales, & feeling good about how one looks when looking in the full length mirror for the first time in years, is incentive enough to go back to the gym. It worked for me!

They use those mirrors in the gym I go to, it is really pretty funny when you stand on a line of where two meet, you can tell that your body is so distorted in the reflection...

My answer is no, you should be able to see yourself as you are.

wouldnt that be kind of deceitful ?

i have better idea ... they should put slimming mirrors in the women's changing rooms and bulking mirrors in the men's changing room.

seriously though some women's clothes shop install such mirrors so tha ull think ull look slimmer than usual intheir clothes. and it works ud feel good in their clothes ..... that is until u get home and try them on there hehe

no they should not install all them because people want to look good, not fat or skinny like a stick but hey! that's a good idea though.

i belive they should make it look like you are fatter and it makes you wanna work out more(not really fat just like 5-10 pounds more
