Click send money
Click either pay anyone or pay ebay member
and just fill out the info needed.
If you're just sending money to a friend or something, select 'Goods (other)'
If the recipient doesn't use paypal they will have to make an account in order to get the money, which will take a few days, seeing as you have to enter the 2 small amounts of money paypal deposits into your bank acct. for varification..

1. Log in your paypal account
2. Click send money
3. Fill in his/her email address, how much money, curency etc2.
4. If u r buying from ebay click ebay or goods for non ebay transaction
5. Put some disciption under the "note". Dont fill it blank due to paypal may think u r involve in MLM pyramid sceme (this violate their user agreement policy)
6. Send money.
