ok well im 5'3 and i cant get fat. i eat my heart out and i dont gain a pound. I want to be the really strong kid with big mucsles. and by the way im 13. Any tips on how to get taller or a bit bigger. and any workouts you know that i dont have to do a lot of before i can feel the burn. for example sit ups i can do a million of those and then finally i'll start to feel it. some good workouts for the arms sholders back and abs would be nice.
