the best way to know if he like you is to share a drink. If he has no problem, then have him walk you home and thank him with a goodbye kiss. That should make him think about a relationship with you very hard.

Ok, well, the first thing i have to say is that so many of us guys are teased and humiliated, so the reason why he hasnt kissed you yet is that he couldnt take it if u rejected him. I think you should just kiss him really quick, then look for his reaction, if he smiles, go for it!!! good luck!

i think that u too shuld get alone and just talk...trust me if u guyz are supposd to do this then you'll feel that the moment is comming and you shuld just give him a quick kiss on the lips and if he likes it move in for more but if he doesnt then jsut tell him ur sorry and you really didnt mean it or if ur willing just tell him how you rele feel and how badly u wanted to kiss him

in spain, we have to kiss people's cheek when we meet. mayb u can do that with ur friend too, and kiss somewhere near the mouth for purpose, if it turns him on....then just continue but move to the mouth...haha...good luck...
