Put a cold spoon on it, it will help the color go down. It won't get rid of it completely though. To help hide it you could try some cover up, wear a turtle neck, or a hair style that goes over it. Be careful though, if people see that you're wearing a turtle neck too many days in a row they start to ask questions and you'll be found out forsure.

A few tricks to make it fade faster:
Instructions
STEP 1: Apply a cold compress immediately (although that may interrupt a moment of passion). Keep the compress on 20 minutes, off 20 minutes. The cold will constrict blood vessels and help keep the bruise from spreading.
STEP 2: If the hickey lasts for more than 48 hours, apply wet, warm compresses to decrease any pain or swelling. Once the blood has stopped spreading around the bruise, apply heat, which dilates blood vessels and thus speeds up the sweeping away of blood cells. In most cases, moist heat is more effective than dry heat, because the moisture helps wick the heat beneath the skin.
STEP 3: Apply concealer in a shade that's lighter than your natural skin color and discreet enough to fend off unwanted attention.
STEP 4: Remember that if all else fails, nothing beats a turtleneck sweater - or a scarf in summer.

Brushing it with a brustley brush will lessen the effects, but a hickey is blood brought to the surface. Don't let guys do it! There are ways of getting the same feeling without getting a hickey. It is from actually sucking. Have your partner practice on a non visible part of your body.

There's no way to get rid of it. Only time will heal it. The only thing you can do is cover it up with a turtleneck and try not to get that again because in the adult world, it's just stupid. Trust me on this one. I've had a few hickeys in my younger days!! ;)

Other than sewing your boyfriends lips shut...nuthin.
A hickey is a bruise of the outler layers of skin, you can speed the process of it going away by applying damp heat to the affected area when you can to increase the circulation and carry away the dead blood cells that are making the discoloration.

there are a couple of ways... you could put a spoon in the freezer, a metal one and when it's like frozen where it sticks to your skin then rub it over you hickey continuously. or a better easier way you could get a double A battery use the um, negative part(the flat side) and rub it, don't rub too hard it's going to hurt, wait a few minutes to continue.
