I have a really greasy black tank all the way to the left when I open the hood, is this where I put my power steering fluid? thx

usually where the pump is located the cap will say power steering fluid. clean this area before removing the cap.

That's it! Greasy and black metal can near the passengers side inner fender... later cars had plastic bottle. Take it to the car wash and hose off all the grease that way you will be able to tighten the 8mm and 10mm bolts on the hose clamps. The larger return hose called suction hose is usually the leak .
