Not 44, it's 43
Licor 43 is a liqueur from Spain

Best I can give you is a cough syrup called Vicks Formula 44. There is no liquer that I can find.

Its two parts Blue Raspberry Mad Dog 20/20, and one part 151 Rum. Divide by pi, add 1.
