Be there for her, if she is ready to recover then help her with it, DON'T try to force her into seeking proffesional help as this may simpily supress causing her to explode later on. She's obviously trying to express something, both with the anorexia and then the self harm these are just the surface of the problem. Be patient, the situation isn't going to change overnight. But it will change.

She needs to get medical attention. Therapy, drugs, counseling, etc. There are clearly some serious issues here that can't be solved by talking or saying that you love her.
She wants to stop. She just can't without help.
