You are likely to be fined, given some jail time for the missed court date, and possibly charged with contempt of court giving you a little extra time. On the bright side, you don't have to pay for food or housing for a little while.

A bench warrant is a variant of an arrest warrant, which authorizes the immediate on-sight arrest of the individual subject to the bench warrant.
That said; If you miss your new court date you will have 4 bench warrants. If I were you I would turn myself in on the other 3 bench warrants because when you get into the court room they will probably arrest you on the other 3 warrants. Get it over with and done with, so you won't have to worry about it. Turning yourself in will look good for you. Get an attorney; If you can't afford one the court will appoint one.

If you are commanded by subpoena to go to court......go to court. Don't be missing court, then getting upset when the judge gives you some time. Whether you go to jail or not will depend on the judge. With 3 bench warrants, 2 misdemeanors, and 1 missed court date.......yeah, I would say that it's safe to assume that you're going to do a little time. Best of luck to you.

Chances are you're going to be fined, but you may do 30 days in addition because you missed the last court date, and because of the outstanding bench warrants. Really depends on what mood the judge is in that day, but I would be ready for some time in county if it were me.

You will probably go to jail. That said, following this 2-step procedure will help:
1. Get a lawyer if you can afford one, or get some representation. It can only help.
2. Get your act together. Seriously, missing your court dates could be a new crime, proceed carefully. Quit the drugs. And stay out of trouble.

Better get yourself a damn good lawyer! Some places marijuana possesion is a felony not a misdeamenor! If you already have previous felony charges and pending warrants you might have to sit some time! Good Luck!

It depends on the judge. You may have to spend some time in jail for failure to appear the first time. If you have a job and some money you can put towards your fine, you might get lucky. Be very nice to the judge.

Well for your own benefit, show up for court. Judges will show leniency on someone who raised a little hell, but doubtful they will on someone who doesnt pay their tickets or fines and who doesnt bother showing up for court.
I would say its highly likely you get a new jump suit to wear.
