only way is to be honest. tell her you know and that you'd like to know more. There should be an enourmous amount of trust between mother and daughter. It's not always easy, but I kinda went throught the same thing. Except I found out in a really bad way and was terrified because it wasn't my mother who told me. it was a father I never new i had who told me. it was a nightmare!
