For example, gummy bears...they have calories but they don't have any fat. Will they make you gain weight?

Yes, calories are the weight, fat might make up part of it, but yes you will. 3500 calories is one pound. Most fruits and veggies are like neg. calories though b/c it takes more energy to digestwiht less calories
