it sounds crazy, but you need to give your face moisture. you're constantly trying to wash, scrub or wipe excess oil off and your skin keeps trying to replenish itself by letting more oils out. if you start a consistent regimen of washing with a mild cleanser and pat dry or air dry, then apply a moisturizer for oily skin, it should become balanced. mary kay makes a really good moisturizer for oily skin (timewise), but it's expensive. try using oil of olay or similar moisturizing lotion made to balance oily skin.

Use oil-free fash wash and moisterizer. Lancome has a really good oily skin product line. Also, Chinese rice botting papers work really well
