If he tells you to your face that he doesn't like you, then he probably doesn't like you. Get over it and move on.

I've felt this way before. First he may be a flirty type of person but he doesn't like you. But if he doesn't behave the same way to other people, then he might be an indecisive person. Stick around without being so pushy and don't rush.. time will show. don't try to jump to conclusions. try to make best of the time you two have and things will work out for the best.

maybe its that he really doesn't like you. don't waste your time liking someone or trying to be with some one that does not like or want to be with you. you will only be hurt in the end!
