I am in the process of planning my wedding and have been at it for almost a year and a half. My sister told me about this wedding website to try and it has helped IMMENSELY!! It's called www.weddingchannel.com. It has planning tools like a guest list manager, planning checklist, budget calculator, and a wedding scrapbook that gives you ideas on hairstyles, gowns, shoes and other accessories. You can create your own wedding website where your guests can see all the details about how you met, the proposal and your wedding attendants. You also can give the details of the ceremony and rehearsal, as well as upload pictures of you and your fiance. Out of all the websites I researched, this has been the most helpful to me in planning my wedding. Another great tip: we have gone on Ebay and found a lot of our decorations. We've had no trouble with damage in shipping and everything has been exactly what I have wanted. Sometimes, it pays to not buy everything brand new considering that it is only going to be used by you once. A wedding day is expensive enough even in the most modest decorations and simplest of reception food/beverage choices. Good luck and congratulations!

Well first off, you need to figure out what type of money budget you are on. Then start looking to to churches, parks, somewhere where she would like to get married, see the expenses. Figure out who will be the ushers, bestman, brides maids, maid of honor..then figure out colors she would wish to have, ask the maid of honor to help find dresses that would go with the style the Bride prefers.(don't let her settle with some thing she thinks is okay, its her day, make it perfect) find a nice tuxedo place to buy or rent, which ever she prefers. Find a wedding gown, viel, shoes, the repetion dress etc....... Find a band, or some one to play at your wedding, if not, make a cd of all the songs you her and her husband shares, or ones they would like to have played at there wedding. Decide who is going to walk you down the line. usually the father but some people do it different. Find a place that makes cakes, and find the one she loves.

Firstly, weddings require a man and a woman.

After that, the woman goes though thousands of pages of catalogs and the man gets fitted for a tux.

Make sure that there is enough beer at the reception. Beer is probably the most important thing at a wedding.

First I would tell her and her future hubby to sit down and write out their idea of the perfect wedding. This day is about them and for them and they should make it special for them, not mom or anyone else. Second I would encourage them to get as much info about weddings, they need to educate themselves. The I would have them as people who are married what they liked and didnt like about their weddings and what they would change. They should then plan out their wedding. They need to be realistic because even though this is a great event it does come with its share of stress. They may also consider hiring a wedding consultant---if this fits within their budget.

What you need first is a date. Once you have this you can move on to your budget and the guest list. Then the location of ceremony and reception. Flowers, food, attendants and so forth. I reccommend using the knot to help you plan. This is a wonderful website that maps out how much you plan to spend, gives advice on hair, dress music and the like.

Good luck and congratulations!!

Why might want to you wait because your spouse and youngsters has created a multitude? tell your brother's spouse that you pick both your brothers at your wedding ceremony meaning she will be able to no longer be invited. or per chance on account that your brother let his spouse report a restraining order adverse to his brother that brother might want to particularly stay homestead, his determination.

to each to his own.. not everyone has the same wedding you know.. some like it big, some like it small to the point where you just need a ticket to vagas and chappel... some like to go even smaller where they just sign the contract (lisence).

the main things however are=a place (your house, hotel, a chapel, church etc)...a priest/rabbi or another religious person (if needed)...invitations>ya gotta let people know ahead of time...clothes (everyone has their own opinion on this one)+nude is not an option ^_^..last BUT not least....A COUPLE.. (or more)

AND a professional photographer!! i repete..PROFESSIONAL.. you do not want a family member or friend to take crappy photos! believe me, my parents had my dad's friend do that and the ocean line in the background came out diagonal...and he said "that's what it looked like"..and in other pictures you can't even see their faces!...so keep this in mind
