I love working out with an exercise ball! There are so many things you can do with it. I'm not really sure what you are looking for so I'll give you one for each body part.

Quads - Wall Squats: place ball on lower back up against a wall and keeping you knees inline with your ankles squat down and up

Inner Thigh - Ball Squeezes: laying on your back with legs straight up in the air place the ball between your knees and squeeze together, it's a small movement and you should be squeezing repeatedly

Outer Thigh - Side Leg Lift: with the ball on the floor lay your right side onto it, left hand by ear and right hand infront on the ball for support, right knee on floor and left leg extended straight out with toe on floor, now lift your left leg up and lower down

Glutes - Back Leg Lift: with ball on floor lay on it so that your hips are on the ball and hands are supporting you on the floor, your legs are straight out behind you in the air, turn your toes out and squeeze them up and lower down

Abs - Crunch: lay with your lower back on the ball and hands behind the head, feet are planted on the floor and keep your hips lifted up then crunch up

Obliques - Side Twist: same position as a crunch but as you come up twist left elbow to right side and the next crunch up switch sides

Arms - Pushups: with thighs on the ball and your hands out infront of you on the floor lower yourself down and press up

Lay on top of the ball with your feet on the floor, and the ball rounded in the small of your back. Do crunches.

Put your feet on top of the ball and do crunches.

Put one arm on top of the ball and lift legs.

Those are just a few that I can think of. But here is a website with great exercise ball exercises that you can easily do, and they are clearly described with pictures.
