All are faves! I have all three actually. The nose probably hurt the most. Center of the tongue is pretty painless, and navel hurts a little but it is the most difficult to get to heal.
Tongue- Swish with dilluted Listerine after eating or drinking anything. About 50/50 water/listerine. Don't play with it or move it more than you have to. Do not change the jewelry until all swelling is done. I also recommend a metal barbell with plastic balls on the ends, so that way if you do happen to bite down on it while eating or somethin, you have a much less chance of breaking teeth.
Nose- much like the cartilage ear piercing. The only problems I have had with this is learning to blow my nose again without pulling the ring out with the kleenex. Healed easily, but you have to keep it very clean, clean it exactly like you would an ear piercing.
Belly button- This is the hardest one I have seen people trying to heal. You must not let clothing rub on it, do not touch it unless your hands are clean, and only clean it twice a day, morning and night. Be very delicate to this one.

Mother of 4 kids (3 of them teens) answering here. I would say your navel. It isn't as painful as everyone else says because you have "fat" (even if you're skinny) and that hurts a lot less than going through cartiledge. Why? I just can't imagine having a severe head cold and blowing my nose with the nose pierced. As far as your tongue, you already have numerous bacteria in your mouth (your mouth is very unsanitary), why risk more infection? My oldest has her belly button pierced and the worse problem we've had is that she had to have emergency gall bladder surgery and I had to run out and buy a plastic barbell type because she had to remove the metal one in the surgery room. I'm not going to be a "mom" and say don't get anything pierced, but I don't know how old you are. I did make my kids wait until 16 (and techically in this state you can't pierce or tattoo without parental consent under 18). As a bonding experience I got a tattoo when my daughter did. Good luck. It's not forever anyway. (well piercings, tattoos are a different matter)

I have had all three done, and I have to say that havinf your navel pierced is so freaking annoying. It's the only piercing I took out for just getting in my way too much. I had it in for over a year, and it healed up nicely and everything, but I swear...every time I leaned over it twisted and felt weird, and I got it caught on crap all the time.
The nose piercing is the easiest to deal with, you totally forget about like, a week after you get it done. The tongue was the worst to heal, and if you don't take super good care of it in the first month you can get an inefection and die, seriously, so if you want a lazy piercing don't get that one. And you can't really eat anything solid for weeks.
It depends on what you really want. A lot of piercings are more work than they are worth.

I would say navel.
Nose piercing looks good on some people, but others it doesn't in my opinion, and I can't see you so I can't dictate. Plus if it gets infected or anything then everyone would be able to see it. Plus some people don't like them and say the person that doesn't like them was a potential boss- well it might not be a good start if you walk into an interview with it!
Personally I really like tounge peircings...they can come in handy! Lol! The problem is though that if they get infected its potentially life threatening...and you may get a lisp!
Navel bars are so cute and well hidden!

Tongue!!!Its great fun and people react to it quit funny.I didnt get mine till i was 31!! 4 years ago.It does not cause gingivitis, you just have to be careful you dont play with it too much and dont bang it against your teeth,i got a very short bar that way i wouldnt accidently bite it.My Dentist was not too thrilled but he told me honestly it will cause no problems and to brush it everytime i brush my teeth, once a week take it out and soak it in peroxide.Everybody gets their nose and navel pierced, and it really does not hurt that bad!!Just be sure to take some anti inflamitorys b4 you get it,they will help with the swelling!!Good luck and enjoy whateve you choose!!
I have taken mine out for 3 weeks and the hole never closed, that was after having it only for 2 months.

I don't think a toungue ring is worth the pain and not being able to eat certain foods. And I heard that it heals in a few days once you take it out, no matter how long you've had it in.
I would go with navel peircing, they look hot and it will heal up by bikini season.

Get your navel pierced. When you get out in the workplace you will not be able to have any visible piercings, so you will end up having to take them out.
