Do you get a laptop, suppiles, is it that bad?

OK the way you said this doesn't make sense. a person that's homeschooled doesn't go to school. do you mean is it good or bad? it can be either one, depending on how well the parent can teach. if you homeschool your child, you are responsible for getting any books or computers or anything else used. you can use resources from a public library, but there might be limits, like time allowed on their internet computers.

It would be best to contact k12 with your specific questions. Things can change and may be about to change and they'll be able to give you the most up-to-date information on computers and stuff like that.

If I wanted to follow state curriculum and meet the standards to a T, then I would definitely sign my kids up with it. (I'm not in the States and don't want to meet local standards exactly in everything, so...)
