In America, there's a hover car every 7 minutes [unless you're counting Universal Studios]. If you think that's bad, you ought to skip rocks at the nearest lake while a hydrofoil is passing by. Yes, there are hover cars. The people who drink and drive.

the nearest thing to the hover car is the Moller M400 Skycar. Other than that the others are hovercraft.

There are hover craft. but none with wheels. anyway that will be pointless! because you dont need wheels if you hover. so yes there called hover craft! :P
