It seems like in most cases the maximum is 5 or 10 years, but one could get off with a fine.

It probably depends on how much was embezzled, but I would have to think no more than 5 to 10 years.

I don't know the maximum time, but I read somewhere that a guy got 4 months in jail for it... Hope this helps...
