The part 'no puedo dejar de pensar..... translates to I can't stop thinking about how big you love/want, so it doesn't make sense.

Blink has it mostly right. I think I would change two phrases:
3rd phrase; I can't stop thinking about how much you love.
5th phrase; I am interested in a man like you.
