i smoke hookah about once a week, and i was wondering if it would show up on a urine test when i went in for a physical.

well it depends what you are asking. when most people say hookah, they mean tobacco. tobacco shows up in urine tests, but only if they are doing all around tests, and not just a drug test. if you mean marijuana, then it can stay in your system for up to 30 days from the last time you smoked. this changes by person, because if you drink say, a gallon of water a day it may not take that long to clear.

yes if it's canabis or any drug that is inhaled through the Hookah or a roll up.
