cheap flights to ireland?

is there a certain time of year when I should buy my tickets? it seems the prices keep going up and down. i am planning on flying to ireland from the US the 2nd week of august and i want to get the best price possible!

August is an expensive time to fly to Europe. March seems to be the cheapest. Travelocity has a "Low Fare Alert" that may help you.
