You should avoid MSG during pregnancy because of it's extremely high sodium content. If you can find organic ramen that doesn't contain MSG, then go for it. Of course, so many foods contain MSG it's hard to avoid it altogether, but I would avoid if wherever I could.

I wouldn't. Sodium is crazy high - not good for you or the baby. I think they have some that are low sodium.

Lots of sodium !!! But if you aren't worried about swelling..go for it

Yes...just watch the sodium though...too much salt can make you swell. (Such as feet and hands ect...)

why wouldnt you be able to?? Only way you cant is if you are allergic to them

you can, but they are loaded with salt so it will probably cause you to swell and be very thirsty. :)
