First of all, were you even going out when you proposed to her? because that could be a big reason she is avoiding you it sounds like you just decided you love her and proposed to her withou even dating. If that is so you don't love her, you can't. Try talking to her could be a good start. Get to know each other and ask her out. See where it goes. Apologize if you did ask her to marry you and you weren't dating.

get over ur infatuation.....get to know what she looks out for...dont try to be somebody else...be urself..try n spend as much time as possible with her......slowly let her get to know you...maybe thats the only way you can make her luv u....pl. dont try to impress her in any way.....
