Bacon.Fried Potatoes & Sprouts, micro a few sprouts for 5-6 mins, dice a couple of potatoes, par boil until just cooked, fry diced bacon in a little oil, add potatoes & halved sprouts, add a little black pepper & garlic(optional), add a little butter to mix then stir all together for about 5-7 mins or until spuds start to go crisp & brown, delicious

take meat, beef, chicken whatever, fry it, drain the fat, put to the side. then u take minute rice, with 1/2 cup frozen veggies and cook till tender. then u throw it all together with cream of whatever soup u like but dont add liquid. cream of mushroom, broccoli, chicken etc. also works well with tomato soup
