If you do not believe in love at first sight, generally how long do you think it takes to truly be in love? What do you think is truly just too early to say, "I Love You!" Two weeks, less, more? Just curious...

i dont know if i necessarily believe in love at FIRST sight. but once you've talked to the person, i think its possible to love them after the first converstaion you have.
a person can look like a totally different person than who they really are. don't let that decieve you. get to know them and find out who they really are before you throw in the L word.
once you know it though, there's no mistaking it. no time is too soon to say it if you really mean it. its not right to yourself waiting if that's how you really feel.

At first sight, I believe it's always infatuation. Because it first SIGHT, not first conversation, so you're basing the "love" on what you see, not what the person is like.

I don't know that you can set up a time frame for how long it takes to truly love someone... it can happen at any point really, but I think you have to know a little bit about the person before you make that judgment.

I don't believe in love at first sight; however I think that what my fiancee and I had was the closest thing to it. We were definitely infatuated with each other at first. it is hard to say when the infatuation turned to love; but it did. After dating about three months he proposed, and now a year later we are getting married. I believe it was about 2 weeks when we both told each other that we loved each other.

My love at first sight..... I never beleve in this crap but one day I saw one sweet girl on classes and she smiled on me. And nothing. Then after 20 minutes, when I said my and she said her name, we were standing in the lobby loking each other in the eyes for about 10 seconds. You must admit that is a very long time for only two young people standing one to another in empty lobby. And nothing. That is love on first sight. But we are not together...We will be....

I don't know about love at first sight, but I can feel chemistry with someone instantly. Then, it may develop into love.

I've been on a few dates lately, and all of them were duds. Meaning I could tell that there was zero chemistry within 5 minutes.

Absolutley I believe in love at first sight. I think you can see someone & have a connection... like it's meant to be. Why not? Romance keeps the heart young.
And about saying "I love you"... you say it when you feel it. Period. There is no time limit.

I'm living love at first sight right now. From the day I met her I knew she was the one.

Well... to me love is a choice. First sight? Not for me. I would call it an attraction.. Love grows depending on the person that is showing/giving. Time is the essence. Ask yourself what do you love about this person. There isn't a time limit.... Follow your heart.

Love comes whenever the two people are ready for it and feel it.

There is no set time.

However, at first sight I think it can't be love but rather infatuation or lust at first sight.

yes i do, but there have to be the connection too. first time u see the person u like and he will like u too, then after spending time together it could take weeks, or maybe less to realize that u love the person, but u don't have to tell the other person yet. wait until u sure about it and till the person himself tells u that he loves u first.
