Hi there,
Go to your local Nissan dealer, they will contact Nissan through intranet and if Nissan have logged the information, Nissan will have key numbers stored and as long as you have or someone before you has not changed locks or ignition parts, the number is used by the dealers parts dept and they cut a key to suit, the parts will then pass the key to the service dept, service dept will code the key to the car using a machine called "consult 2" and then the key will match your car and start the car.
If your locks have been changed then all is not lost, either have somone remove the ignition lock and have a key profiled to match the ign lock or go to a scrap yard and remove the complete lock set from the used car and have it fitted then the dealer can code the key and system to match.
Hope this helps.

You should be able to get one from the dealership. They'll need to know the year, make, model, and vehicle identification number (which is on a stamped plate somewhere along the bottom of your front windshield), but if you give them that information they can either make you one or get one for you. That's really the only way to get a replacement vehicle key that'll work properly.
