and then he decided that we shouldnt date anymore becausehe said he was tired of dating. He said that we had a lot of fun together but we intended to move too fast. He shown a lot of interest in me for a month and dates me, then dumps me. I don't understand. I called him to ask him why he wanted not to date anymore, he said that he thinks he likes someone else. Why would he do that knowing that we moved too fast and that we had fun together?

He probably lied to you to soften the blow because guys are cowards and are afraid of how girls respond to the truth. I hate to say it, but it's true. Get over him and look for someone who will treat you how you deserve to be treated. Remember, you are worth more than some lousy guy that doesn't know what he's missing. You deserve someone who will cherish you and know how lucky he is to have you.

Depends on what he means by moving too fast. If you were talking marriage in the first month, you would have scared him off.

If someone wants to leave you let him go cause if you was doing the right things later they will realize that they messed and want to come back.
