When he smiles and says "hi" and then does the ole' raise the eyebrow thing. What does the eyebrow raise thingy at the end mean. I have noticed some men at work will do that, some married and some not. It's kinda cute but confusing.

If he is a big natural smiler and appears warm-hearted to you and others around him, the raised eyebrows are there to emphasize his smile, indicating his desire for friendship or more (depending on whether his reptilian brain is indicating sexual arousal).
Be careful though! Brow raising can indicate a desire to dominate or to demand something of you (an ornament accumulator)! So check to see whether his posture, mannerisms and other facial gestures make you feel uncomfortable or at ease!

I think its a cute little way of flaring It don't really mean nothing. Lots of men do that. I do it. And I say hon a lot to people but I don't mean nothing by it. You might get one or two might think of do it to you. But I Hard lee think all of them are.

It's saying, WOW - your pretty. Even if they are married, they no when someone is pretty. Just means that they aren't going to do more than notice.
