under car lightz are against the law all of them are in fact tech speaking anything that is aftermarket is against the law....but it is up to the officer to tell you what he will allow but I say any color besides red & blue should be fine just don't drive down the street with them on if you do put any color on your car make sure your parked before you hit your switch I have green on my green neon and I have red on my blk malibu but I don't drive with them on
