PLEASE DONT WASTE TIME THINKING THIS OVER AND WAITING FOR OUR ANSWERS....
A puppy could dehydrate and be gone very quickly. SORRY to alarm you but you really need to get to a Vet ASAP.
Dont secound guess it just go. Prayers are with you.

Monitor your puppy. If it's still drinking a good amount of water and there isn't anything "abnormal" in it's vomit (like blood), then perhaps he/she got into something that she shouldn't have. Don't feed it anymore food. Once their stomach settles down, you can try to give it rice, if it'll take it. But if the dog is vomitting for me than 24 hours and/or isn't drinking water, definitely see a vet!

theres not a home remedy for vomiting, take your dog to the vet asap!!

What is he throwing up? It might be eating grass which makes dogs vomit or got into something. I would take it to the vet if you don't see anything abnormal in it's vomit. Good luck.

a vomiting puppy could be a serious problem! i would definitely have a vet look at her!
