i mean the us army where ever he go he will find all the people they fight him even they do good things or bad things they hate them

the american people think they are good folks, so everybody should love them. most americans think we have soldiers who are virtuous, so they assume those soldiers should be able to represent them well. most americans don't know much history, though most claim to, so they have no idea when they invade iraq that palestine has anything to do with it. they don't understand the repercussions of past relations we have had in different regions. most americans honestly believed when we invaded iraq that the iraqis didn't know anything about us, that we were good people and our virtuous soldiers would represent us well; so why would the iraqis not love us? obviously, the iraqis knew much more about us than we did about them. for example, what american has ever seen an iraqi movie? heard an iraqi album? has seen any iraqi art? obiously, every iraqi is acquainted with our culture. you know the history of palestine, most americans have no idea that the example we set there follows us everywhere in the arab world. the iraqis did not expect much from us when we arrived. we provided even less than they expected. they thought we would try to do as we said and win their hearts and minds rather than face the obvious risk of insurgency. we did not protect the people, let alone their museums, holy sites, etc.
americans blame saddam for the sanctions that killed millions of iraqis, and for the war with iran. obviously, a lot of iraqis might have a different view, but it never occurred to us. some of them might even think, considering our loss of the shah in persia, considering the weapons we gave saddam, that maybe saddam was america's shah in iraq. some of them might even think, considering we pushed for sanctions against iraq, since we maintained a "no-fly zone" the UN says never existed, that maybe we were responsible for those sanctions that killed millions of iraqis. so, maybe a sandwich for a day does not win the hearts and minds of a family who has seen their kin starve under sanctions.
we never thought of that.
the question is:
why not?
maybe, we are that stupid.
i think, its because we are so in love with ourselves, we cannot imagine that anyone else wouldn't be, so we never think to look for reasons why they might not.

The U.S. Army is NOT universally reviled. I spent 28 years in the Army, travelled almost around the world, and found everywhere I went that there are some who dislike Americans, and most who love us.

Never knew it was a requirement for the enemy to like the US Army. The purpose of the army is to kill people and break things. If you do not like that, then stop interfering with US policy, behave yourself, be quiet, do not kill American citizens, and maybe we will leave you alone.

Exactly where did you learn english? You need to get your money back.
From what I could gather from your question, you pissed me off. Are you asking if the US Army doesn't understand the words "Don't Like You?" If that's what your asking, then hell yes they understand. They understand better than you, or anyone else, probably understands. They see the evidence of it everyday, while the toil and fight every day just to survive long enough to see their families.
We need to get the hell out of Iraq. That's my opinion. Iraq needs to stand up and take care of itself.

You hate because you are what you are. Not because you really have a reason to. You SHOULD be left to kill each other off. The Army should just standby and watch.
